In the northeastern hills of the city of Medellín lies the Casa del Encuentro Eduardo Galeano, a gathering space for various cultural corporations and collectives. With the intention of integrating the different actions of the Casa del Encuentro, the idea of a cacharro emerged, a mobile device designed to encourage collective participation. This cacharro was conceived to travel through the streets and steep slopes of the neighborhood, enabling the various activities carried out by the organization.

The purpose of this cacharro is to amplify the following actions inherent to the cultural work of the Casa del Encuentro: proclaiming, traveling, and projecting, all while building the memory of the territory.
